Let's get clean!

Peyton, Peyton, Peyton...my baby girl. Matthew calls her all sorts of names: em, con, chunky monkey, baby girl, shortcake. Here she is, taking a much needed bath. Experts say that babies don't need baths everyday. We take that to heart and bathe her about two times a week! Nothing to be proud of, of course. Really, she doesn't get that dirty. Well, her feet are stinky and sweaty, but that's genetics. And just for kicks, we wanted to show you Matthew's baby picture too. Can you tell whose who?

All Smiles

Yes! We did it! We got a picture of Matthew smiling!! Rarely does he ever smile in a picture. Most of the ones we have are of a bald kid making funny faces and standing in weird poses. We caught him having a great time playing in his kitchen with Grandpa. Still sick, but enjoying himself nonetheless. He loves to copy what dad is doing in the kitchen. Yesterday, he cooked a pear and an egg in his microwave! Yummy!

The cold, again?

I know it's been a while, but hey, it's called being a teacher and having 2 kids...So Matthew and Peyton are both sick as heck. It just so happens that I have a four day weekend to enjoy. What a coincidence! Now we're all stuck indoors...Matthew seriously needs some sun to tan his pasty white skin. Do you like how Matthew sleeps? Yep, that would indicate that he is one lazy kid.

Introducing...Rugrat #2

Peyton Kieu Nguyen...that's what Matthew calls her. Not just Peyton. I just ordered that hat for her, so I made Tony take out his new dslr to experiment. I know her eyes are really little, but it hurts her feelings when people comment about them. So get over it. Check out those chunky monkey cheeks. As Tony would say, "She's so cute, it's frustrating!" I guess it's kind of like how Matthew feels about her...she's so cute that he just had to bite her!

Introducing...Rugrat #1

Here he is...Matthew Van Nguyen, as he likes to refer to himself. Not just Matthew. Notice the lack of hair. After he tried to hit the hairstylist a few months back, Tony decided to buzz his head at home. I guess we should try a 3 next time. Check out the punk face. That's right, the little guy never has a straight face when he's photographed.

Getting Started

OK, this is my first time blogging. I enjoy reading my friends' blogs so much that I decided to give it a try. Being a busy family of four, the only way to keep friends and family updated is to have a central location that everyone can easily access. So here goes...
